Here’s How to Make It…Serves 1 – Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 scoop Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½” piece ginger root
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
