Recipe: Sweet Dreams Sleep Tonic
Here’s How to Make It… Serves: 1 – Prep Time: 5 minutes – Cook Time: 2 minutes
- ¾ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon raw honey
- ¼ cup cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon Truvani Chicken Bone Broth Powder
- Place all of the ingredients in a small pot over medium-low heat. Heat until warm.
- To serve, place 8 ounces of the tonic in a mug. Enjoy!
