About The Position

Truvani is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. We believe in putting people over profits. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a crucial part of that mission by resolving customer issues quickly and fully.

Our ideal candidate is the ultimate people person. We want you to be excited about helping customers. This requires patience, empathy, and a passion for talking and listening to people. You’ll need to put yourself in our customers’ shoes. You’ll need to solve issues. You’ll need to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of things.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • The ultimate people person. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. So, it’s vital that you know how to communicate kindly and effectively.
  • Patient and empathetic, with a passion for talking and listening to people.
  • Self-driven. If you don’t know the answer to something, you research it. If something isn’t working quite right, you take the initiative to troubleshoot it.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with people via email, phone, live chat, and text.
  • Experience with dealing with customer emails, phone calls, and other interactions. You know that great customer service depends on both analytical thinking as well as emotional IQ. And you know how to blend both. You know when it’s appropriate to be friendly and accommodating and you know when it’s appropriate to be stern.
  • Proficient with Google Docs and Excel.
  • Experience with different CRM systems and best practices a plus.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Answer questions and educate customers about Truvani products and values.
  • Help resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible.
  • Keep customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all time.
  • Stay on top of a large number of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary).
  • Recommend ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tool

  • Full time market-based compensation based on experience
