About The Position

Truvani is looking for a talented and passionate Inside Sales Rep/Manager to join our team. You’ll play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and inside sales experience. You’re comfortable making dozens of calls and responding to dozens of emails per day, generating interest in our products, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

You’ll manage customer sales life cycles through technological means which may include - live chat, 1:1 text messaging, and phone calls.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable talking to customers via email, phone, live chat, and text.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team.
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate our Customer Support/Sales Team.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text about our products.
  • Generate interest in our products, qualify prospects, close sales.
  • Research and segment our existing customer base in order to identify high-level, mid-level, and low-level customers.
  • Work in tandem with our Retention and Customer Journey Lead to create campaigns to cross-sell our products to existing customers.
  • Research and initiate partnership opportunities.
  • Research and coordinate best systems to support our customer service team and customers.

  • Full time market-based compensation based on experience
