About The Position

Truvani is looking for a Paid Traffic Expert with experience in creating and executing innovative large-scale marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Adwords, and Instagram.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring traffic and customers with paid advertising. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of Truvani's marketing campaigns and operations across social platforms, including strategic targeting of warm and cold traffic, troubleshooting campaigns that aren't working, and dialing up campaigns that are working.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in creating and executing innovative large-scale marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Adwords, and Instagram. (In other words, if you've only ever spent $300 on Facebook advertising, don't apply).
  • Has a proven track record for marketing strategy development and planning effective promotions across social platforms.
  • Tracking obsessed and ROI-minded; can deploy and track marketing dollars to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Expert knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook, Google Adwords, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for designing campaigns across our social platforms, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and troubleshooting campaigns that aren’t working. You’ll need to take the reins on these projects, think outside the box, and adjust course when necessary.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Adwords, and Instagram.
  • Implement measurable strategies that increase revenue and grow the brand.
  • Research and segment the Truvani audience to determine how to attract warm traffic and cold traffic and enable targeted marketing.
  • Troubleshoot marketing campaigns that aren't working and make strategic recommendations on how to improve them, as well as dial up campaigns that are working to get the most ROI.
  • Evolve the marketing vision for Truvani in regards to targeting audiences, customer engagement strategies, and positioning.
  • Make strategic marketing decisions in order to build the Truvani brand and increase sales.
  • Run analytics to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Make data-driven decisions on how to invest marketing resources.
  • Work with Project Manager and Customer Service Team to make sure all marketing promotions are delivered with a high level of quality exceeding customer expectations.
