About The Position

Truvani is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and innovative Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a project, from definition/scope to implementation.

Our ideal candidate is a people person and a strong communicator with a proven track record for managing multiple projects across several departments at once.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bringing projects to life is second nature and you apply that to everything you do.
  • A strong communicator who can communicate efficiently with people one-on-one and in small group and large group settings.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all projects from marketing campaigns to video shoots and more.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently.
  • Has a proven track record for delivering high quality projects on time and in budget.
  • Prior experience with a web-based business and software like Asana and Slack a plus.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects at once:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Break down large projects into manageable action steps and assign those tasks to the appropriate team members.
    • Create schedules and project timelines. Prioritize what must be done and when.
    • Support and direct team members, field questions, set meetings when necessary.
    • Monitor and report and project progress and deliverables.
    • Lead recaps for completed projects to assess what we accomplished, what went great, where we missed the mark, and what we can learn from the project.
  • Create Asana projects and tasks to track progress, assign tasks to team members, and manage project deadlines.
  • Plan video shoots to record promotional videos for our website and marketing campaigns: scout locations and acquire necessary permits; acquire necessary set requirements, including backdrops, props, teleprompters, etc.; recruit freelancers if necessary; build a budget to present to officers for sign-off.
  • Lead project status updates during weekly team meetings

  • Full time market-based compensation based on experience
