But after years of fighting, she realized that the only way to make a truly lasting change in the food system is to compete with these big companies head-to-head.

About The Position

Truvani is looking for a strategy-minded, customer-centric Retention and Customer Journey Lead with experience in building out a Customer Journey. You will have two key responsibilities:

1. Encourage People To Use Our Products (Retention)

When someone buys one of our health and wellness products, we want to create campaigns that show them how to use it. This includes creating recipes, featuring other people in the community (at the right time), and helping them create a routine around our wellness products. After all, they only work if you remember to take them.

2. Encourage people to try other products (Cross-selling)

After people sign up for a product, there’s a chance that we have other products that they may be interested in. You should be thinking about strategic campaigns that encourage these people to try out additional products.

Our ideal candidate will be an Infusionsoft expert with a deep understanding of the Customer Journey from beginning to end. You’ll be responsible for building out campaigns that nurture the brand-customer relationship from their first interaction with Truvani, to their first purchase, and beyond.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strategy-minded with the ability to develop and execute a strategic vision.
  • Has a deep understanding of the Customer Journey and knows how to build sales funnels that nurture a lead at each stage of that journey.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented. Has a knack for understanding and interpreting data and pulling the “story” out of the numbers.
  • Innovative. Experience in the tried-and-true strategies is expected. But we’re also looking for someone who can think outside the box and pivot when things aren’t going according to plan.
  • Infusionsoft Expert. We’re looking for someone who knows all the ins and outs of Infusionsoft, from building out campaign sequences, to segmenting leads and customers, and more.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • All things Infusionsoft, including building out campaign sequences, segmenting leads and customers to strategically target our audience at their exact stage of the customer journey, and more.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize a strategic vision to lead people through the Customer Journey, from brand discovery to their first purchase and beyond.
  • Define and drive KPIs (key performance indicators) for product engagement - this includes subscriber retention, one off product sales into subscriber conversions, and cross-selling products between subscribers.
  • Actively measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Review sales data, email performance, and funnels in order to optimize sales conversions.
  • Build HTML emails from scratch.
  • Transform launch sequences into evergreen sales funnels.
  • Manage multiple, large-scale testing strategies and deeply analyze their results to provide recommendations for further optimization.
