It helps you relax, and take the edge off. Plus, it tastes so great it can act as a little dessert after dinner. That’s why I add maple syrup to it.
Now, of course, you could cut the Maple syrup and use coconut sugar or honey, or you can cut it all together.

Here’s How to Make It… Serves 2 – Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of coconut milk
- 3 Truvani Daily Turmeric tablets
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a pan.
- Heat and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Pour 8 ounces into a mug and serve warm or over ice.
