Golden Milk Steel Cut Oats
Here’s How to Make It…Serves: 2 – Prep Time: 5 minutes – Cook Time: 20 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 3 Truvani Daily Turmeric tablets (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
- ½ cup steel cut oats
- Sea salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place all of the ingredients except the oats in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
- Add the oats, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
- Serve with desired toppings. Enjoy!
