So excited to finally have a great good for you Plant Based Protein Powder without all of the unnecessary or unwanted ingredients. Thanks so much for the product & for sharing recipes that we can also use it in & enjoy. Delicious.
I was so excited to make these with my daughter today, but they all just crumbled and fell apart after I took them out of the oven! The flavor is still there, but there needs to be some more liquid to hold them together. Any tips?
Christian – I’ve had this happen to me before with protein powder based recipes. I find that if the batter seems dry before baking I need to add more liquid. Maybe try apple sauce or avocado oil?
Would love tips on how to make this better – anyone experiment?
Cheryl,
I used Barney Butter (almond butter, vanilla and expresso) it really changed the taste and came out great.
These brownies turned out amazing! I added an extra egg because the batter seemed a little dry. Worked like a charm and tasted phenomenal! Thanks for the great tasting and natural protein powder! Finally a brand I trust!!
I love this recipe but I too found it dry. I will add an extra egg or liquid and hopefully, it wont turn our dry. While I appreciate everyone’s tips I do wish someone from Truvani”s customer service would pipe in.
